So how would this proposal reach Lewiston from Moscow? Perhaps via the abandoned grade from Kendrick to Julietta down to the Clearwater and onto the Camas Prairie line? From Moscow North would he propose to rebuild on the route of the Spokane and Inland Empire /later GN? IIRC the Spokane and Inland Empire in it's early days as an electrified interurban proposed to build on to Lewiston but never could raise the money. I wonder what advantage this line could possibly have over the same lading going via UP or BN to the TriCities where transloading to barges could also be done?
