(Bovill to Arrow Junction via the Potlatch River, Dry Creek - Potlatch River, or Big Bear Creek.) That was actually a proposal by the BN in the early 90's to tie the WI&M into the lower end of the P&L. The thought was to go from Deary to Troy. The whole idea was to move the wood chip business from St Maries to Arrow... BN couldn't get a guarantee from PFI...
