Does the old windbag actually have enough hot air to operate a wind farm?
Silly Question! --- Duh!
But still, they're more likely spend it all (and then some) on more voter bribes (welfare) - to keep themselves in office. They barely bought enough of 'em last November! Or even more likely - more voting machines to hide in their closets should they need just a few extra votes during a recount (see the Miami Herald).
But what they ain't gonna do, is spend very much on trains. Just enough to pacify enough of us; but no more than that.
