I believe the whole line is a Washington Parks trail.
Milwaukee substations may be found. The most Westerly was in Renton. The Milwaukee gave Renton a very diagonal street, with track. Evidence of the depot?
There is another substation structure East of the Columbia River crossing. Being open grazing country, it is easy to follow the right-of-way. Even a freeway crossing ?
