I drive a school bus in Indiana. If I have to drive on an Interstate highway, I keep in the
right lane and drive defensively, letting cars in from ramps, slowing down and make sure I read
all the signs on the highway, including height restrictions. My first priority is watching after
the children that I transport to and from school. Here in IN, farm implements are forever traveling on the backroads, I give them the right of way, out of common courtesy. I see so many cell phone users, driving with a cup of coffee and smoking a cigarette all at once. Reading newspapers, crossword puzzles, and applying makeup in the mirror. Drivers are so irate when I have to stop and pickup, discharge students, they pass on the right side of the bus, run the stop arm an I acutally saw one driver drive in the ditch to go around my stopped bus. Totally insane. From pictures I have seen, the road over the bridge was only 2 lanes wide, maybe help
from the state police making sure the truck load was in the center. Its a shame that this accident had to happen. Drive safe.
