Basically BART should be considered "built out". I hope San Jose voters turn it down - I'd rather see Caltrain electrified in the East Bay.

What worries me is that the machine is plotting to foist BART bloat on the North Bay. I have that feeling that they are going to try to ram a BART subway down Geary Street, whereas a subway-surface line would allow rail service all the way to Ocean Beach and would provide an entree for light rail to the North Bay.

And doesn't it appear that something weird and/or suspicious is going on in that Marin County courtroom? Could it be that somebody really big doesn't want SMART or NCRA? One guess as to who Mr. Paranoia here believes could be pulling strings.
