Not CTC Jack. The operating method there is Automatic Block Signals and Track Warrant Control (called TWC-ABS by CSX) but the signal system was suspended for PTC install so the segment was being run as using dark territory TWC-D (Track Warrant Control Non-Signaled) rules/procedures.
