If you have a gripe about the authority and police powers of railroad police, then take it up with the feds and the states. That is where their authority is authorized. The3y have no more and no less powers than any other law enforcement agency. And, they've heard all this before from many other similarly offended and aggrieved parties. I don't know how they sleep at night, with such weighty matters on their minds.

Another way handle it might be to get a better attitude. I'm sure if you smart off to a railroad cop or a city cop, you will fare better with the railroad cop, assuming you aren't trespassing.

Or, take up stamp collecting or some other benign hobby.
