"That mine", hasn't pulled more than a few thousand tons even in the best of years and now moves nothing. The NWP business plan is to remove 6 million tons a year for 25 years. The biggest open pit mine mostly at taxpayers expense, for private profit. I'm not sure what that has to do with whatever Cap is smoking.
