You don't correct it. This"undesired emergency application" (aka "dynamiter") was extremely common on early TOFC flat cars and some early auto racks in the 1970's. You tried to use dynamics only, for as long as possible, and avoid setting it off.

If you have to use the air, even with a minimum set, you would then go into full emergency from the dynamiter, nd the train stops in full emergency (dumps the air). Which is hard on the choo-choos, and requires a full inspection of the train.

So then, the brakemen (back on a distant planet, in a galaxy far far away...., with a full four man crew) had to "walk the train" and inspect it to make sure you are on the rails. And while they are doing this, you release the set, and recharge the train line..

And after you've done that, and tied up the RR for however long it takes in the 115 degree Niland heat, you go on your way, until you do it again, the next time you used the air.

Which is technically what I should have done immedieately, but after 7 flashing yellows, we had a "clear" indication, and even with one dynamic, I had brought the train down to 70 mph. again by the time we were flying through Niland.

Having a dynamiter sucked big time, and if you had a train other than an auto parts or a BSM, like a dog traim that was going to hit a lot of reds, or a heavy train, where you didn;t have sufficient dynamic, and had to use the air a lot, you would end up not infrequently "dead on the law" when you couldn't get over the road.

Of course, I've been down Acolita with four good full dynamic engines, four shut down cars of auto parts for the GM Van Nuys auto plant, and a caboose, with the Road Foremen of Engine in the cab with me, when he gave me the "nod", at 90 mph. too... And, that is fun... Definitly pre PSR days....

The sick doped up pervy troll has never worked for any sort of RR as the real and decent folks on AP can plainly see.
