Assuming you live on this planet, how close to Monterey do you live and if you live somewhere else, when was the last time you were here and how frequently have you visited in the past 10 years or so? We have been going to Monterey from San Jose for the last 60 years and we have lived here close to Monterey for the last 14 years and we are VERY VERY familiar with the territory, the ROW, and the NIMBY attitudes-------
It isn't that we are opposed to a rail project, we just know what the realities are in this area. Ain't gonna happen, even if you win the lottery and can fund the whole damn thing.
