They sure do Clint! They own the right of way all the way to Meadowsweet which is intersection of Paradise and San Clemente in Corte Madera. Crossing the creek would be of utterly no use whatsoever as far as connecting to the ferry is concerned. However, one thing interesting to note, before the Bridge District settled on that quarry property where you shot that guy as a ferry location, among the candidates was a site across the creek basically near Detour. If that had built there instead, SMART would have probably been forced to cross the creek and also been able to run right into the ferry terminal.

But no one planned for this stuff unfortunately, although many people tried to spur this thinking, including bridge district.
