The SCRRA bought up all the tracks in LA during the recession of 1991 for what looks like a steal now for $450... I really believe that in the years to come everyone will see this in the same way. A clear right of way into some of the most primo property in the state for $14 mil? You cant even build a new High School for that much money....

Libertarians.. those who know the cost of everything but the value of nothing.
